Payment
DoctorLab.co.uk accepts payment through various payment methods, including but not limited to bank transfer and Bitcoin. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. DoctorLab.co.uk reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within 7 days.
Returns and Refunds
DoctorLab.co.uk does not accept returns or refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or refund.
