Welcome to DoctorLab.nl, a webshop selling Research Chemicals. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DoctorLab.nl website (“Site”) and your purchases from DoctorLab.nl. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Site.

Products

DoctorLab.nl sells research chemicals for laboratory use only. Our products are not intended for human consumption or veterinary use. DoctorLab.nl assumes no liability for any unauthorized use of its products.

Ordering and Shipping

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by DoctorLab.nl. DoctorLab.nl reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion. DoctorLab.nl will make every effort to ship orders within 2 business days of receipt. DoctorLab.nl ships its products internationally, but it is the responsibility of the customer to comply with all local laws and regulations. DoctorLab.nl is not responsible for any customs or legal issues that may arise.

Payment

DoctorLab.nl accepts payment through various payment methods, including but not limited to bank transfer and Bitcoin. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. DoctorLab.nl reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within 7 days.

Returns and Refunds

DoctorLab.nl does not accept returns or refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

DoctorLab.nl makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the products sold on the Site. DoctorLab.nl expressly disclaims any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of its products.
